Drive-In Pallet Shelving System (LIFO)

·         Drive-In Shelving System is also called Last-In First-Out (LIFO) is another unique range that is designed and manufactured by Taqaddom and subject to a quality management system meeting the technical and engineering requirements and International specifications.

·         All our metal products are painted with Electrostatic Powder Coating (EPOXY) using a special automatic painting system; this has curing and stoving ovens after 4 stages of cleaning by special chemical materials, hot water, Phosphate and DI water.

·         Taqaddom Drive-In pallet racking and shelving systems have been successfully installed in many applications, handling small light-weight pharmaceutical products to large heavy-duty engineering operations.

·         This system is the best and most ideal solution for storage capacity and its advantages are:

More selectivity: stores different products on each level

More capacity: significantly increases pallet density

Fast operation: pallets are accessed as LIFO system

Lower Costs: no lost travel time entering racks

                      Efficiency: optimum visibility and accessibility

·         Each ladder is made of 2 columns (made of 3.25 mm Iron sheets, bended with 4 bends to form a profile of 90/45 mm)  welded together with 50/50 mm pipes of 2 mm thickness (Horizontaly and Diagonally), so that it gurantees all required safety standards.

·         Store ladders are made from metal sheets (3 mm thick or more). Reinforced with horizontal and diagonal squared pipes (50/50 mm), guarantees the required maximum capacity,  provided with flanges to be fixed firmly to the floor.

·         Ladders are provided with special joints in order to connect the upper ladder to lower one "Future work if needed"

·         Ladders and beams are easily installed, designed for a wide variety of pallet weights and sizes.

·         Store Ladders can be provided with special welded joints in order to connect the upper ladder to lower one when having heights over 3 meters.

·         The cross-bar beams are made from metal rectangular pipes (100/40 mm, 3.25 mm thick or more).

·         The cross-bar beams have three location hooks at each end which are inserted into the perforations of the ladders and are protected by a safety upper hook to prevent accidental dislodgement.

·         Each layer of the rack has 2 bars connecting the 2 ladders together, having 2 or 4 movable beams (depending on the depth of the laders) in order to guarantee the pallets from breakage or falling down.

·         Each pair of cross-bar beams are guaranteed to carry up to 3 tons of distributed weight.
