TaqaddomArchiving System is uniquely designed for saving space in sites like libraries, bookstores, governments' archives, organizations and societies' stores. In archives and offices it is the best choice to store huge quantity of documents and other things with maximum utilization of available space. The racking is mounted on bases that move on tracks with manual drive. The unused units are standing close to each other. The front face of racks can be clad to archive a nice design. The units next to each other form an office furniture type closed block that can be locked.

Taqaddom Mobile Archiving System is a fully adjustable system in which none of the shelves are bolted.

Units:

Units come in 2, 3, 4 or 5 compartments. Each compartment consists of several levels of double sided shelves, and in other words, each unit consists of tens of flexibly installed shelves.Each single shelfcan store about 13 boxes of 76 mm width. 

Each shelf has 3 front bends, 3 rear bends to guarantee carrying heavy loads and eliminates the sharp edges as a plus; the shelf also has a metal reinforcing beam which is welded by automatic spot welding machines.

Each shelf can be readily moved independently of any other shelf in the system at increments of 18 mm. All shelves interchangeable accessories simply snap onto the shelf clips and can be easily added or relocated at any time after the initial installation.

Each unit has labeling tags on the front side of it, to slide a marking label for the contents of the shelves.

Each shelf can be supplied optionally with a metal (label) which is spot welded on its front side, which eases identification processes during archiving work.

The mobile shelving has several optional accessories: brake, book support, back stop, shelf dividers. Your expectations will be simply met.

Metal:

All metal parts are fabricated from Cold-Rolled CR Iron.

The angles of uprights and shelves are cut and punched in a highly precise CNC multi-punch machine which guarantees the accuracy of the systems' components.

All components are fabricated using CNC bending machines to assure conformity.

There are no sharp edges or angles within the system which could present a hazard to staff or stock.

Each upright can carry loads of up to 700 kg.

RAL colours are available in Smooth or Structures and in Glossy or Matt.

Coating:

All our metal products are painted with Electrostatic Powder Coating (EPOXY) using a special automatic painting system; this has curing and stoving ovens after 4 stages of cleaning by special chemical materials, hot water, Phosphate and DI water.
